As always. Brought my van in and Joe took care of me right away. When my van was done Joe and Rick explained in detail all the services that were performed and also services that I will need in the future according to the manufactuer maintenance schedule. They also point out future signs of things they may need to be replaced of fixed. Also Rick the owner over saw the work that was done on my Van through out the process. Rick the owner makes sure that not only my vehicle is serviced correctly but wants to make sure ALL customers vehicles are checked by him before leaving his shop.

The service was really thorough and they provide a diagnosis/es as well as provide recommendations if needed. I got there to have my headlights repaired and they found some important things that needed to take care of right away. My Saturn Vue is aging and I understand the maintenance that it needs. They also work within your budget and suggest what needed to be done in the future.

Very helpful in co-ordinating tire replacement and alignment with another service provider in conjunction with maintenance service on my vehicle; i.e. one stop shopping. Also recommendation for a body shop for repairs worked well.
