This was my first time at Dorso's and I am impressed. Walking in, I was surprised to see how clean the shop was. Rick, Joe and the rest of the team did an excellent job. I was kept up to date on everything that was going on via SMS/emails/phone calls. Rick took the time to explain in detail what their inspection found (and things that my previous shop missed). He gave me recommendations on tires and batteries, and referrals to other places for things they don't do like alignments. Overall, great customer service and attention to detail. I will be back for all my future services.
