Excellent reliable service = every time! Dorso's Automotive has been servicing our vehicles for over 30 years. We've kept our cars for 14+ years each, up to 213,000 miles each thanks to the great auto service and care from Dorso's. We appreciate how Rick and Joe go over every detail and cost of each repair and maintenance item, and give us a heads up of what repairs/maintenance to expect in the future. We have never had our cars "break down" on us out on the road (except once when a squirrel crawled into one of our car engines to keep warm). Rick and Joe had their team carefully pull out the squirrel in one piece and fixed what was necessary, etc. At Dorso's potential auto problems are pointed out before they become a problem, and the regular safety checks really give us the confidence we need out on the road. We drive back and forth regularly from the Bay Area to L.A. area to visit family, so we drive long distances . . . 7 hour stretches . . . at very early hours of the morning, and sometimes very late in the evening, so confidence in our vehicles' performance is a must. We have that confidence because our cars are cared for at Dorso's. Also Rick , Joe and Lori are quick to squeeze us in their schedule in emergency situations. Booking appointments in advance is easy and they never "bump" us from our appointment times, etc. Dorso's also uses excellent parts for your cars . . .you know that both the quality of their labor and parts is top notch. We plan to continue to bring our vehicles to Dorso's for the next 30 years!
