For a longtime I took my car to the dealer for service. This time I went to Dorso's, good bye dealer. Rick and the mechanics took care of my car. I will continue to return for services and avoid having to drive the extra 25-35 minutes out of my way to see my dealer.

They had my car in there on time and did the work that was requested. Joe the service manager gave me what was needed for my vehicles maintenance. Then Rick the owner of DORSO'S personally checks and makes sure all customers vehicles are done to specs.

Dorso's is the most outstanding automotive repair shop in Fremont. I've been to many, but none can compare with the outstanding mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service and personal touch that Dorso's provides. I have an old classic and wouldn't trust it to anyone else. When I pick up my car, I don't just get a receipt with a list of repairs attached to it: I get a detailed and rather lengthy printed report explaining what was done. Joe personally reviews and thoroughly explains to me each part of the report. He even shows me the old parts that were replaced. This shop is honest and trustworthy and prices are comparable. When you drop off your car at Dorso's, rest assured that you're leaving it with the best of the best.

First time to Dorso's and it was a pleasant experience overall. Rick, Joe and their team are thorough professionals with vast experience. They do complete inspection rather than just focussing on the issue. Joe was constantly in touch providing updates and Rick has talked me through all the work that was done to fix the issues. All that reliable service with reasonable prices. Now this will be my default choice for any car repair and will definetely recommend to others.
