Great honest shop! We do not take our truck anywhere else!

Would give more stars if we could. All the staff there are very kind, courteous, supportive, and very knowledgeable. Family members have been using them for years as the go to place and now we know why. Will definitely be bringing in our other cars to them in the future.

Growing up I had a mechanic that we trusted to confidently resolve any of our car issues. When I moved to Fremont, I tried the dealers at automall and a few independent mechs. But it wasn’t until I went to Dorso’s that I once again gained that trust and confidence in a team that will personally take care of my car as if it were their own. Rick, Joe and the Dorso’s team are professional and personable and glad to have them routinely take care of my cars.

Great service. Upon inspection, my vehicle had additional things to be corrected than previously anticipated . On a day in which they were short staff, they worked over time to complete all the tasks so that I could leave on a driving vacation two days later with peace of mind. I have been bringing vehicles to Dorso’s for over 20 years and will continue to do so. They are very trustworthy.

Rick and his team are the only people I trust to bring my vehicles to. They make sure you are well informed about what is going on with the vehicle. Rick always goes above and beyond to ensure my family’s safety on the road. Dorso is the best!

This was my first time at Dorso's and I am impressed. Walking in, I was surprised to see how clean the shop was. Rick, Joe and the rest of the team did an excellent job. I was kept up to date on everything that was going on via SMS/emails/phone calls. Rick took the time to explain in detail what their inspection found (and things that my previous shop missed). He gave me recommendations on tires and batteries, and referrals to other places for things they don't do like alignments. Overall, great customer service and attention to detail. I will be back for all my future services.

I take both of my Honda SUV' to Dorso's as Rick and his team always provide careful, thorough and professional service with regard to any service/repair they perform. Their work is better than the Honda dealerships. Rick and his team provide real "value for money", which in today's world is even more important.
