I had been having trouble with my car not running the way it should, Rick and Joe took the time to be able to find not only the main problem but also other issues that needed to be fixed. He brought me in and showed me everything he found and gave me advise on what I should prioritize and what could wait a little. I am more than happy with the service I was provided and the fact that my car is now running amazing. I definitely recommend for people to bring their car here, you won’t regret it.

Very accommodating - Took the vehicle without an appointment even though they were swamped with work Good communications - Kept us up to date with the diagnosis and offered up multiple options to put the vehicle back into service Post repair review and assessment - walked us through all of the work performed, noted items which will need work / replacement in the future Summary - This is the place you want to take your vehicles to for service or repair. It will be clear that they understand and deliver on customer service

Exceptional service and transparency around the details and cost of the work I needed done. They replaced my entire front end (swing arm, bushings, etc.) for the best price possible and my truck runs like a dream. I was back on the road in 2 days. Dorso’s will be my go-to for all future needs.

Dorso's continues to provide quality customer service with all my car repairs and servicing. I'm personally very particular about how my car runs and I always give my full trust to Rick and his team. Rick will give a thorough breakdown of your repairs. Prices always seem fair. Simply put, they run a great shop. They tend to be busy, but I don't mind waiting to make an appointment when it means that I'll receive a quality job.

Dorso’s continues to provide excellent, thorough, efficient, professional, friendly & honest service. Several months back on a routine service, there was an initially unknown problem after getting my car back. Pete worked on my car, even on the weekend (and they’re not open on the weekend, plus he had a funeral to attend). I was supposed to get the car back on Saturday but Pete was unable to reach me, despite several phone call attempts (I was in an area with no service). Dorso’s had already provided a rental for me & graciously let me keep through the weekend. Definitely above & beyond service! Thank you!

I have been coming to Dorso's Automotive for close to 15 years now. When I first started coming here my 2002 Corvette was just out of warranty and had some issues with the water pump. I was leery at first because I was a young woman in my mid-twenties and had heard all about mechanic shop nightmares. I was referred to Dorso's through a friend of mine who had been coming there with his SUV. Rick Guardino quickly made me feel at ease after my car's first experience at his shop. He is the ultimate professional. Rick is excellent at explaining the issues with your car with language that you can understand. If you are not an engine-savvy person, he will explain what is going on with your car and potential issues before they happen, in terms that make sense. As we all know, fixing engine problems can be a costly venture. Rick has always run a fair-priced business and will never recommend service on your vehicle or try to up-sell you on unnecessary repairs. In fact, if there are potential issues that can wait to be fixed, he will advise you as such. Rick and Joe will do the research necessary to make sure they are giving your car the best possible care it needs. Even when it comes to basic routine maintenance, I have learned that it's best to bring your car to a mechanic that you know and trust versus other large conglomerates where they have employees who are not necessarily vested in the company that they work for. The staff at Dorso's have always gone above and beyond in their service and it is greatly appreciated. So, if you are looking for an honest, trustworthy mechanic who will take care of your vehicle, look no further.
