Dorso is the most reliable auto shop I have found in Fremont. After years of taking my Jeep to the dealership for service I switched to Dorso when the dealership led me through a series of expensive fixes for a problem they could not resolve. It only took my initial visit to Dorso’s to identify and fix the problem (change out the computer) and my now at 100,000 miles my jeep drives like new.

Fantastic service. Can’t recommend them enough! Rick went above and beyond to make sure that a complicated problem with the steering module of my 06 Lexus GS430 was taken care of. Not only that - but he was more than willing to quadruple check every issue to ensure that I would pass smog. He also stayed much later so that I could pick up my car after work. Thoroughly inspected my vehicle and gave honest, unbiased, advice. Thanks Rick! I will definitely be back.

On Sunday Feb. 2, my Passenger side window fell off it's track and fell into the door. I called DORSO'S the next morning and they told me I could bring my car in that day and they could fix that for me. They would receive the part needed on Thursday Feb. 6, and had my passenger side window track fixed that same day and I would be able to get my car that day also. Great, fast and awesome job DORSO'S.
