My vehicle was worked on by high quality individuals. The problems where fixed fast and done correctly. These guys know what they are doing. Rick makes you feel very welcome at his shop and is completely honest. He did not overwhelm me and He always made sure I understand what was wrong with my car. The thing that I appreciated the most was how Rick kept me updated and took the time to explain to me what I have to do to prevent further damage to my vehicle. He also took the time to contact a tire shop to grab a quote for me. I can’t not stress how much I appreciated the way they run things at Dorso’s Automtive Repair and take the time to talk with their customers. Fantastic service from the moment I stepped in the shop. I learned about them from google and yelp reviews and decided to try them out. Making an appointment was not an hassle. Just pick up the phone and dial the number on their website( # on google does not work). I had to do a vehicle inspection for my car and Rick was so helpful on what package to choose. He has a good understanding of what the customer needs and he even follows up with photos and takes time to explain to you if you are interested. I would definitely recommend this service. Prices are also reasonable than other auto shops and dealers.
