I brought my truck to Dorso's after having terrible service with dealership service. Dorso's will treat you fairly and communicate with you about every detail about your car. In these crazy times Dorso's was very astute with cleanliness and following safety protocols. They sterilized the interior of my truck before I took my truck home. I was referred by my usual mechanic in Pleasanton but I live in Fremont and had an emergency. I was taken great care of and they not only repaired my vehicle right away, but took the time to make sure I understood what they needed to do. The owner personally showed me all the parts they replaced and the damage. I had been dealing with cracked rotors for too long! I also have to say that the exceptional customer service was exemplified by their care and safety during this Covid 19 shut down with all the appropriate measures taken. I really appreciated everything they did for me. I feel a lot safer on the road and my car is purring like a kitten :)
