Making an appointment from their website was easy but not accurate. The calendar showed availability the next day. Fortunately I called to confirm and scheduled a real appointment for the following week. Service was great: I drove into the parking lot and they were ready to register my car for the work; They take COVID pre-cautions seriously to protect the customer and their employees; they do a courtesy multi-point check . . .which I am glad they did because they found my rear brake pads to be paper thin; and they finished the original service work and the rear brakes on the same day; They gave me a new-customer coupon even though I didn't know to ask for it.
