I was looking for a Cat Shield since I've heard a lot of buzz in the area. Rick was on top of things, checked the inventory for my model car, scheduled the appointment next business day and had me in and out same day. They even did a complementary 40 point inspection and found a few things to watch out for. In the future, if it's not a dealer recall issue, I'll be going back!

Absolutely the best mechanics/service station in the Bay Area. I recommend calling and making an appointment in advance if possible. They are so popular and have many satisfied customers that have been bringing their vehicles to them for service for years. Believe me me, its worth the wait. They look at everything and make sure you are driving away with a repaired and solid vehicle.

Dorse's Auto Repair Shop has been one of the best. I had dealt with many dealers or repair shops for over 30 years. Dorse's Shop is honest and sincere. In addition they staffed with competent and courteous teams. I am glad that I found them last year. I will continue to use Dorse's Shop for my auto repair needs.

They were experienced mechanics and professional. Price wise they were a bit less than the dealer. I personally value their experience and knowledge so I don't mind paying a little extra; much better than going to a real cheap mechanic who will introduce new problems or misdiagnose problems.
