Doesn't get any better than this. No matter what you take your vehicle in for, you will get a complete inspection so when the work is done you will not only have a complete and professional repair, you will have a complete report on the condition of the vehicle. Rick takes the time to explain all aspects of the work performed and the vehicle's condition and he does so in a way the lay person can understand. Been going to Dorso's for years and wouldn't take my cars anyplace else. If you want competent and honest repairs, go to Dorso's.

Dorso's a fantastic car repair shop. They always treat their customers with the most respect and with top notch service and repairs. They have the highest level of integrity and we trust them completely to be honest about the cost of repairs. The service was quicker than I expected. Everyone was polite and professional, and they explained what needed to be done beforehand and showed the work that was done before accepting payment for the work. It cost a bit more than I originally anticipated, BUT a lot of things needed to be repaired, and it all stemmed from maintenance issues that I ignored, so that's on me. The car does run much better than it did just a week ago.Overall, another good experience. I've recommended Dorso's to other people, and then had those same people forget that I was the one who suggested they go there and had them recommended back to me. I think that's a pretty good sign.

My experience with Dorso's Auto Repair was exceptional. I called in at the last minute on a Friday before a holiday and Rick was more than happy to repair my vehicle and get me back on the road for the long weekend. His customer service and disposition was amazing. And to my surprise, I received a call the next business day to check to make sure my car was still working well. I would recommend his services to family, friends and strangers alike. I will definitely use his services in the future.
