They take the time to thoroughly analyze your vehicle, giving you a detailed analysis as they begin their work, updating you with anything unique that presents itself along the way, and once completed, they review each and every part repaired/replaced with you, each and every written detail of the whole process, and give you a projection of what to expect down the road and over time as your history with your vehicle continues. I was in town visiting when my car decided it was going to have some issues. I had to be back in Sacramento by noon the next day and made it clear that I needed it done quickly. Joe, the guy at the front desk, told me to come in as soon as possible. They looked at my car and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it by 9 am the next morning. There were a couple of snags along the way and they communicated with me clearly with every problem they encountered.When I went to pick my car up, Joe talked me through everything they did and everything they looked at. He was very thorough and very honest. They didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. He provided me with plenty of information and the means to look into things on my own.Overall, they were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly! If I lived in the area they would absolutely be my choice for regular maintenance. They were great!

Everyone at Dorso's is always friendly. They keep you updated with progress of repair and stay very current with the latest equipment which is not easy. Our family has had a variety of cars in for repair over the years both Ford and GM products and would recommend them to anyone.
