So my truck blew a heater hose the other day. I limped it over to Dorso's and Rick looked at it right away. He found that a pipe coming out of the firewall was broken and the vehicle was not drivable. He quickly found a dealership that had the part. Since the closest one was about 30 miles away it took a little while to get. They got the part and had the truck on the road super quick (and they were very busy with other repairs). They didn't soak me on the price (really fair). If you want a trustworthy repair shop, go there!

As always, you folks at Dorso's have outdone yourselves again. My 2003 Chevrolet Silverado was in for its 60,000 mile checkup. Even though the truck has very few miles on it and probably wasn't due for some of the work, you suggested that an eleven (11) year old truck should be maintained with the proper materials.Good for you for suggesting that. My truck runs fantastic after all the updates you made.Thanks again for taking care of all my vehicles.Ed Davis

Rick and team were able to squeeze me in (as a new customer) before a long weekend to inspect a car before I purchased it. They were very professional, honest, and helpful. Will be coming back for service in the future.

Fantastic service with outstanding knowledge shown by the team of experts at Dorso's. I trust my classic car and other cars to the team. Also, I have been 500 miles from Dorso's and had a minor glitch with my classic car. Rick helped me find an associate with the same dedication in another city. He connected with the other party, gave a history of my car and I was back on the road in a reasonable time and the cost was very fair. I believe this was possible because Rick has an updated system of car care and he stays current with the times and most of all his values, customer care, car care, are reflected by his team! I look forward to another twenty years of bringing all my vehicles to Dorso's. I have NEVER been disappointed. Lastly, I will only buy a vehicle that Rick recommends as he and his team will be the ones who will be supervising its care!

Excellent service as always. With Dorso's experienced and trusted professionals maintaining & repairing our cars so carefully for over 24 years, we never worry about the safety of our family on the road. Doesn't get any better than this. No matter what you take your vehicle in for, you will get a complete inspection so when the work is done you will not only have a complete and professional repair, you will have a complete report on the condition of the vehicle. Rick takes the time to explain all aspects of the work performed and the vehicle's condition and he does so in a way the lay person can understand. Been going to Dorso's for years and wouldn't take my cars anyplace else. If you want competent and honest repairs, go to Dorso's.

They have the highest level of integrity and we trust them completely to be honest about the cost of repairs.
