I recently had work done at Dorso's on our 2003 Toyota Sienna for a suspension and steering issue. It quickly became apparent to Rick and his crew that this was not an easy diagnoses and it was necessary to leave the car with Dorso's for a few days to give them time to wrap their brains around the continued problem. Rick and his crew worked diligently hard to finally find the problem and come up with the right diagnoses to fix the problem after multiple road test. As it turned out, this was not an easy repair, for after digging deeper into the problem, it was discovered by Rick and his crew that my engine mounts were failing, causing the engine block to move during acceleration which affected the suspension and steering axles of the vehicle. To make things even more challenging for Dorso's, the after market parts were not fitting properly forcing the crew to change the parts out multiple times until they found the one's that worked the best. After replacing the engine mounts (which were actually cracking) and the axles, the vehicle is now driving fantastic, and feels smoother and more stable than it was before the repairs, not to mention how much safer it is now because they found this hidden problem. The bottom line here is that Rick and his staff at Dorso's went above and beyond to make sure my repairs were diagnosed and done right, while billing me reasonably for all the extra time they had to spend on this problem to get it done right. I have been a return customer at Dorso's for the last 10 years because of the detailed care that they have given in the past, and the great concern they continue to give. I highly recommend Dorso's for any of your vehicles needs, for I can assure you they are highly knowledgable, professional experts who will get the job done right. Just make sure you give them a reasonable amount of time to do it.
