Time will tell on how well the service that was provided by Dorso's holds up, but I have to say that the folks I dealt with including Joe was excellent, informative and reassuring that the job would be done right. And I'd have to say, they canceled a repair that they later determined was not needed saving some significant coin.

This is my second visit to the shop in a month, but with a different vehicle, a very tired vehicle. Joe patched us up, but was extremely honest about "retiring" the truck. I knew it was coming, but it was hard to let go. I so appreciated the honesty and the professionalism with explaining all of the issues and technicalities. I walked away sad, but more than satisfied.

Absolutely, pleased at the level of service and professionalism of this establishment. All of the repairs were discussed in great detail, as well as, the list of recommendations. I feel completely educated about my vehicle and it's needs, which tells me that Rick and everyone at the shop knows the business! I could not be happier of more impressed! I definitely struck gold finding Dorso's.
