The guys are nice and professional. They explain the service and work done on your vehicle so you understand exactly what's going on. I have been going to Dorsos for close to 10 years, I highly recommend them!

My son inherited an 88 VW that is rare in this country, it also ran rough. My husband suggested a BG service to clean out the fuel injectors. We found Dorso's from the BG authorized service agents page. Appointment was made, dropped auto. I appreciated that this car is rare and so did Joe at Dorso's, they had the integrity to refer me for service elsewhere as the auto did not need what we thought it needed. Joe went out of his way to provide me with contact to a service that is familiar with this exotic vehicle, I will definitely go back to Dorso's as they have gained my trust through their integrity! Very happy customer here! The auto runs excellently now!

The only reason I gave you guys a 5 was because I couldn't give you a 10! Joe was super helpful and gave me the best explanations of service I've ever gotten. You'll definitely be seeing me again (hopefully not too soon) because of his service. Thanks again Joe!

I was told that they would change my oil in 1-1/2 hours while I waited; it only took them 1 hour and 32 minutes. They were very kind to squeeze me in on a very busy day. They brought to my attention information re recall's that I wasn't aware of. They do charge more, but I felt with that they were very thorough and checked things that other shops didn't. They even checked the air in my spare tire which was very low. I give them 6 stars!!!

I am extremely pleased with all of the work that the mechanics have done on my van. Joe always keeps me up-to-date with any and all problems that arise. We discuss everything and make decisions that we are both comfortable with. He went the extra mile for me, making arrangements for the van to get new tires while it was there, and also for its smog test. I have never been disappointed with any of the work done by Dorso's. I would recommend them highly for any mechanical needs.
