I have been a customer of Dorso's for about 12 years because Rick and his staff always go above and beyond to make sure I have a positive experience, and just as important, to solve the problems on my vehicles. Once again recently, I brought my 12 year old van into Dorso's for general servicing where it was discovered I needed new brake pads. My Toyota van has always had a problem with squeaky brakes, and two days after the service, they once again started squeaking. When I brought the van back to Dorso's, Rick not only replaced the faulty pads from the manufacturer, he warrantied my rotors and put in new ones at no costs to me even though they were a year old because they started to warp. Once again Dorso's came through with quality workmanship and customer service, which is why I recommend them for your vehicle servicing needs, and is the reason I continue to bring my vehicle no where else but Dorso's.
