As always the service is above and beyond. We needed tires and they had the tire company come pick up the car and replace the tires. Joe also found the best price in the area for us.

Great service. All my questions were answered and explained in layman terms. I was introduced to the mechanic doing the work on my car which made the experience more personal for me. All the work was finished when promised.

I was impressed with the rapid response time and thorough inspection that Dorsos performed above and beyond what I came in for. The customer service was outstanding, and Joe was always available by phone or in person to answer any questions or concerns that I had. What was nice is that Hertz is just a few blocks away and they had a car for me the same morning. They came to pick me up and dropped me off within minutes. This saved me a lot of heartache trying to find a rental car while my car was being repaired. I also got a very good rate for the rental through Dorsos.
