Came in to get my 95 Accord's brakes replaced. Left later that week with that done, plus extra low-cost repairs, an oil change, and a full assessment of preventive maintenance! Rick and Joe know how to run a no-nonsense shop. Their customer service is phenomenal - I was even given a free box of Girl Scout Cookies when my car was ready! The kicker is that they let me know a lot of the existing problems on my car were completely drivable. Hard to find a shop owner that would ever admit that!

The service and people are first class. Even though I brought my SUV to have a headlight replaced, which they did, they also inspected my vehicle and gave me a detailed explanation on each point that may need attention in the future.

Once again the crew at Dorso's has solved the issues with my old van and has me back on the road again safely. I know that I can always depend on them no matter what the problem. They always go the extra mile. Thanks!!!!!

He was extremely thorough, provided photos, expanded diagrams, and a very clear free written estimate with parts specified. Dorso's takes the time to listen to their customers before they go to work. Like my doctor does, even if you come in for a specific problem, they give your vehicle a full inspection and recommend any maintenance it may need to maintain long-term health. While other businesses are embracing technology that might make them more efficient, personally I prefer working with men who have integrity.

Did not trust the local dealerships any longer with my GMC Envoy. I asked around for a shop that worked on my type of vehicle and were honest. When we met Rick and Joe we hit it off. Both guys are down to earth and very knowledgeable of cars.
