We are loyal customers of almost 20 years and have referred many friends here. Rick's shop excels in great repairs, customer service and communication, and honesty. Rick and Joe are professional, but also friendly and bend over backwards in meeting the needs of customers. They are prompt about calling us to update us on the status of the work they are doing on our cars. They are both wonderful about reviewing the invoices with us line by line and advise us on repairs that they recommend, but are honest as to whether the problem is important/minor or can wait to be repaired. My last visit there was for an oil change and a look over for a new used Pilot I had bought. They found a nail in one of the tires and called to let me know about it right away and advised that the wear on the tires wouldn't be safe for a long upcoming trip. With my okay, they arranged for a local tire shop (that I have used per their recommendation) to come pick up my car, take it to put on the tires, and then the tire shop then drove it back to Dorso's. I was still out the door by noon which is when I needed to leave for work. Dorso's is fabulous!

I recently had my truck checked out by these guys as I was prepping for a long drive out of state and my truck has been into another shop but seems that the issue is still there. The crew at Dorso's approached the situation from the day I called them, to dropping off my truck, providing much-needed updates during the fix/process especially if they found something that wasn't discussed during the handover, providing detailed recommendation for the fix and estimate of it, to the pick-up day and final walkthrough of what they found and have done and what to look out for... was hands down awesome! My professional line of work involves collaborating with customers and requires thorough communication along the process. As my former boss always say - let's delight our customers and give them a positive experience they will never forget... The whole crew at Dorso's exactly executed this kind of service and this is the first time I actually having experienced this as the customer. My only regret was that I should have decided to come to Dorso's the first time. You guys are Rockstar! Thank you Rod

Automotive service and repair from personable, knowledgeable, ethical people who communicate with you.... do what they say they'll do.... and do it properly. I have been ripped off at other places. Dorso's is Definitely Different. And I mean that in every good way possible. They know what they are doing, and they know how to treat their customers.They have EARNED this five-star review, though I'd happily give them 10 stars.I brought my 2009 Malibu to them after having it serviced at the dealership (whose service was so shoddy and negligent I filed a formal complaint against them with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair).Rick at Dorso's provided EXCELLENT customer service, kept me informed as to diagnosis of my vehicle's problems and progress on the repairs. Dorso's keeps detailed notes of every diagnostic on your car, everything they do to it, and if you're a returning customer, they have a system in place to refer back to prior service to make sure they're not missing something that may need attention.... BEFORE it fails and leaves you stranded. They give you a detailed,, easily understandable analysis of the diagnostics they do for you. And they got my car back to me when promised, unlike other places that have happily kept my vehicles over a weekend (leaving me stranded) after failing to keep their promise to have it ready the previous Wednesday.You don't have to ask to see the parts they replace, because they show them to you and explain what went wrong and how it was fixed. If they can't fix something, they tell you, and will suggest where to go to get it repaired. My only regret is that I didn't find this place until after I'd overpaid others to fail to completely repair my car.Highly, highly recommended.

Dorsos is a 5 star automotive repair shop. All of the work Dorsos has completed on our cars has been fantatstic. Work done results in better gas mileage and more comfortable rides for us. We used to shop around for the best deals, not anymore . I recommend that you spare yourself the headaches riends as Dorsos is the best deal around for auto repair. They can't be beat!
