Joe and Lori were great to work with and scheduled me on short notice. Pleasant, knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. I'm sorry I hadn't found this shop before. I've been to a lot of the local shops around here, but this has been my best experience right from the start. Looking forward to working with them in the future. Thanks Dorso's!

I was having transmission trouble and trusted Dorso's to analyze the problem before getting a fix. They found that my car which has 114,000 miles on it, has an extended warranty on the transmission, confirmed that my is indeed eligible, and arranged with a Nissan Dealer to get it replaced for free. This is truly all inclusive service. Thank you Rick and Joe.

I have taken my cars to Dorso's for several years. It is hard to find a mechanic that you trust. I will continue taking my car there and be very happy with their service

Engine check light turned on again during the weekend and this is after having it previously checked at the other supposedly top notch auto service center on Yelp in the Fremont area. Moving out of state in the next 5 days and don't have much time left to make an appointment with Dorso's. Decided to drop by early Monday anyways as I don't have much choice and shared my situation. They were swamped for the next 3 days but after a couple of hours and a slot opened due to a no-show Rick immediately pulled in my truck for diagnostics and assessment. As expected from these REAL PROS; inspection and assessment were immediately performed. Within the day I received a call from Rick with a sitrep on my truck with full details of what - happened, parts that failed; how - parts needed to be replaced, the timeline for the job completion and total estimate. Push forward with the repair and completed everything the next day (as after the repair they need to run the second round of diagnostics and do a road test for final testing). Hand over is as always the best part of the experience as Rick, systematic as always, walked me through of what they found and how they rectified it, showed the removed and failed part/s and so forth. This is the second time I brought my truck here and they always never fail to go out of their way to help out and exceed expectations! These guys are really Rockstars in this business! Thanks again for the help and I will surely miss Dorso's!
