Always responsible. Rick is so concerned that I know everything that's wrong. He always makes sure every thing is done right. And it always so far has been a good experience. We have only used them a couple times, but they are extremely thorough. The reason we switched to them was that we heard how honest they are and my father-in-law has been going to them for years. They are a group of experienced men Who really know their stuff and apparently each have their own specialty. So far we are very happy with them and, more importantly, confident in their work.

First visit. Nick was very polite over the phone and was able to get me in in-between appointments on a crazy day last minute. One of my brake lights burnt out and it took him 15 minutes or less to replace the bulb and hand the car back to me. It was seamless and easy for me - which is great when you're crazy busy. His office is pretty darn immaculate for a car shop. He is also very courteous - thanks Nick for such great service. I'll turn to you for any future needs!
